Family physical physical violence is under-reported
Experts realize that prices of all of the types of household physical physical violence are underestimated. As an example, in 2014, less than one out of five (19%) who was simply mistreated by their partner reported abuse to police Footnote 3 .
There are numerous main reasons why people do not report family members physical physical violence. A person is due to the stigma connected with it. Small children may well not report physical violence simply because they could have restricted connections beyond your household in whom they could properly confide.
